The engraving option VEC 500 can be adapted with a few steps onto the plotter VP 500 series and provides a complete high level engraving system to the user. In connection with the software VarioSign the engraver works precise and sharp on various materials, like aluminium, brass, plastic etc.
The high rotating spindle (up to 50,000 RPM) provides a precise and sharp engraving on various materials. The engraving controller controls the vacuum cleaner and the high RPM spindle.
The low noise vacuum cleaner turns on and off automatically, controlled by the engraving controller, in order to keep the surface free of dust and engraving turnings.
For taking the engraving system on site, a special designed carrying case is available as an option. The case can be connected to the carrying case with trolley function for the VP 500 half size to make it a safe and compact unit for transportation.
