We offer two basic plotter pens for a clear and easy to read labeling with our plotter systems. Depending on your application need, you can choose between a multiple use pen and a disposable pen. All of our pens run with the etching ink, most suitable for writing on plastic surfaces. The disposable pen cannot be used again after finishing the ink. With the exchange of the ink cartridge, the multiple use pen continues to work. In addition we offer a cleaning set for the multiple use pens to provide a clean and easy cleaning process.
If there are last minute changes or additional labelling to be done on site and there is no labeling unit available, we offer a hand pen with the same etching ink for plastic surfaces. More accessories can be found on the following pages.

The disposable pens are available in six tip widths and most suitable for users not working on a daily basis with a high no. of tags to be printed. Depending on the material and tip width, the disposable pen is good for 700,000 characters printed at the size of approximately 3 mm. Our disposable pens are filled with etching ink, most suitable for marking, identifying and labeling most common various plastic surfaces. The ink is fast drying, within seconds smudge-proof, light-fast, and resistant to spirits and petrol when used on suitable plastic materials.

The multiple use pens are available in six tip widths and can be connected to our ink cartridge. As default delivery the pen holds a blank cartridge, able to be filled with other inks.

An easy-to-use cleaning set developed specially for multi use pens. The cleaning set enables the pens to be rinsed thoroughly while preventing skin contact with cleaning fluid or ink. The set consist of a cleaning unit and the pen cleaner, allowing two pens to be cleaned. For additional cleaning cycles only the cleaning fluid needs to be re-ordered.

In case you need to clean impurities by etching ink, erase imprints or clean the priming plates our special cleaning fluid is very helpful.

If the used plotter pen has some difficulties getting started after some time you can prime the pen with the help of our suction ball.

The hand pens are available in four tip widths and used for additional identification and labeling tasks. The use of the same special etching ink delivers the same outstanding durability as with the plotter pens.

The multiple use pens are available in six tip widths and can be connected to our ink cartridge, filled with water based ink suitable for writing on paper surfaces. As default delivery the pen holds a blank cartridge, able to be filled with other drawing or waterproof inks.

Our drawing ink cartridges are filled with special water based, light proofed ink suitable for writing on paper surfaces. The cartridges can only be used in connection with our multiple use pens for paper surfaces.

Our permanent pens are mainly used for testing purposes or for lower quality demand labeling. The pens are available in tip widths of .3 mm and .7 mm and in four colors, black, red, green and blue. The permanent pen needs to be placed directly into the pen holder prior to plotting.

With the use of our optical measurement tool, the design of user elements is less sophisticated. The tool will be placed into the pen holder instead of the plotter pen. The design of user elements is only available through the software VarioSign and the plotter series VP 500.
