Our plotter VP 500 half size (A4) together with the software VarioSign precisely marks, identifies and labels various materials with a durable marking in a speedy manner. With the compact design (working area 210 x 297mm or 8.16 x 11.70 inch) the unit is most suitable to work on site.
All available common elements and tags for the industry, such as for terminal blocks, wires, cables, devices, cable ties, shrink tubing, labels, legend plates etc. can be labelled with this system.
The pen holder picks up the plotter pen out of the pen station and insures a clean and easy to read labeling with our plotter pens.
The pen station stores up to 4 plotter pens safely. The special designed sealing prevents the pens clogging, even after some time unused.
The automatic prime function allows a quick start for the pen form the first tag.
A large no. of various support plates are available for the plotter VP 500 half size (A4) for holding different elements. This unit holds up to two different support plates which are easy to exchange within seconds.
The sensor fields on the plotter surface recognize the placed support plates and send the information to the software VarioSign. The user will see only those plates and elements on the screen of the software, a time consuming search for the correct elements is eliminated.
Through this connection a vacuum supply can be easily adapted. With the use of special support plates more difficult to hold materials can be fixed (vacuum table).
With a few steps the plotter can be changed into a complete high precision engraving system.
For on site workload the plotter could be transported with our optional trolley case, incl. the accessories to be used.
In order to protect the plotter from dirt and dust during storage, an optional dust cover is available.
To maintain the basic function of the pen station, the priming plates and the inserted sealing for the plotter pens need to be changed frequently. The service-kit includes 10 priming plates and 4 new inserts for the plotter pen sealing.
Depending on the customer demand, the plotter can be delivered under the own design and Corporate Identity. For specific applications we modify the plotter in general to meet the requirements. For samples of our custom solutions please check under Customization.
